Citiline Laundromat - Somerville, MA Devincenzo and Sons was the general contractor for the ground-up construction of this 5,000 square foot building Laundromat. Challenges included an intricate concrete pit system and very detailed block work on a tight lot..	Paul Marks Company - Chelsea, MA Devincenzo and Sons was awarded the contract for the foundation work on this 1500 square foot building connector. The scope included installation of helical piers, grade beams, and a structural concrete floor. Challenges included contaminated soil and a very high water table.
Russel-Stimpson - Malden, MA Devincenzo and Sons was the general contractor for the ground-up construction of this 5,300 square foot warehouse addition.  The total construction project was awarded to Devincenzo and Sons which included the installation of caissons and concrete grade beams.
HP Cookie - Everett, MA Devincenzo and Sons was the General Contractor for the ground-up construction project to add an additional 2000 square feet of warehouse space.
Ralph Pill - Biddeford, ME General Contractor for the ground-up construction of a 400 square foot block loading dock.
MS Walker - Norwood, MA Conference room renovation construction project. The scope included the installation of new cabinetry and a custom built island for liquor tastings.
CSI Support and Development Services - Malden, MA Devincenzo and Sons was awarded the contract to renovate an existing office space in Malden, MA. The scope included demolition and construction of new drywall partitions. Challenges included time constraints and working in an occupied and tightly configured office space during and after office hours.
